As we transition out of pandemic restrictions, the pace is starting to ramp up again on projects with gains in residential prices and a return to the hospitality industry. So, how are the projects that Propiteer Capital are financing doing?
As we enter March, Brizes Park starts to move up a gear with the building wraps coming off. With the scaffolding on the main house being taken down as we speak, the full magnificence of the Georgian mansion will once again greet visitors to the grounds. These are not the only milestones with utilities being connected as the show houses are due to be released in April.
Our other residential projects Roydon and Abbots Gates are due to come out of planning in the next few months, bringing 80 high quality homes and apartments to the market, but as usual, we don’t sit on our laurels. Propiteer Capital is working with Propiteer Homes on several new projects around the home counties and Essex.
As you all know, residential projects are not all we have. Our Hilton Garden Inn Peterborough continues to “wow” our members on our investor site visit days. The mock-up rooms are taking shape and those investors who have already been to the site can testify that the mock-ups are just like the CGI’s. While the weather was not the best on our last visit, the views from the Sky Bar across the river to the cathedral made up for it. Opening is scheduled for Q4 2022, giving Peterborough a busy quarter with 100 apartments due for completion before the end of the year.
As we have alluded to before, Propiteer Capital are working on new and innovative products and, although the wraps are still on, you’ll be the first to hear about them. More importantly, you will be the first to benefit from them.
