We are excited to announce another fantastic milestone in the Brizes Park development progress. We now have the electricity substation installed, which will enable us to progress with hard landscaping and external works, and that will have a significant impact on the appearance of the overall site. We will also have power to the individual dwellings within the next several days.
We have launched marketing activity to generate excitement around the development, and some plots are now ready to buy through Savills.
Here are some of the latest images of the Brizes Park site:
Front elevation is now in the process of having landscaping and hardscaping carried out.
Plots 1 and 4 are reading for slabs to be laid.
The kitchens in plots 8 and 9 are waiting on commissioning.
The 1st floor hall and stairs are all decorated.
The kitchen decoration in plots 5 and 6 is now 80% complete.
In the Main House, the 1st landing is ready for a topcoat and the main entrance decoration is underway.
Plot 3 is having new doorways built to match the existing sets.
The spiral staircase and kitchen are now installed on plot 3.
The mezzanine floor as well as new windows on plot 1 are being installed.
The plot 4 ground floor is being plastered.
The stable blocks are undergoing hardscaping.
Plot 14 is having its brickwork restored and the rear extension is complete and waiting for steels.
The new hedge row on plots 19-22 is now complete.
The plot 33 garage ceiling is being fire-boarded and the canopies on plot 27 are all complete.
The roof of the master bedroom on plot 36 is 90% complete. The internal roof is all taped and jointed with 3 coats of white emulsion. The painting in between the rafters is also complete and the scaffolding will be coming down soon.
The car port is 80% complete with internal cladding.
Plot 25 now features a completed kitchen.
